The province of Valencia has a vast number of protected green zones and wetlands and the Albufera has the largest area of them all apart from being the only main city of Spain that has a nature reserve. The Albufera nature reserve is a beautiful wetland and of great importance to the environment the lake occupies most of it and is surrounded by rice fields that allow us to cook different varieties of rice’s and the Valencian paella.
Go deep into the Albufera and learn about some of the valencian traditions, like fishing, how they grow crops, in conclusion, discover a wonderful natural paradise that inspired Blasco Ibáñez’s novels.
If you want to visit a Valencian cabin, please your palate with traditional food, go horse riding through the rice fields, take a boat ride or simply admire one of the prettiest sunsets of the country this tour is the one for you.
