DESCRIPTION OF THE TOUR
The province of Valencia has a vast number of protected green zones and wetlands and the Albufera has the largest area of them all apart from being the only main city of Spain that has a nature reserve. The Albufera nature reserve is a beautiful wetland of great importance to the environment, the lake occupies most of it and is surrounded by rice fields that allow us to cook different varieties of rice’s and the Valencian paella.
What makes this tour so stand out from the rest is the surroundings, as you will learn to cook our main dish in the same location where the rice is grown and collected.
An ideal experience for those looking to enjoy a morning of cooking a true valencian paella in the tranquil area and surrounded by our lovely fields and crops.
